SWIFTT announces the opening of Chicago's Best, a take out restaurant at 1710 West State Street. Eric Singleton spent his life cooking for other restaurants when he finally decided to open his own business. He approached SWIFTT for assistance last October.

SWIFTT worked with Premier Accounting to assemble his business plan and financials. On August 8th, he opened his doors to the public and his business has been well recieved. His menu includes sandwiches, chicken, and rib tips. The most poplar item is his Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. The sandwich is huge and it is hard to find the person who can finish it.

"We think this a great thing for Mr. Singleton. He had a dream of opening his own busines and we helped him reach it. We now provide ongoing assitance to him to ensure his success," Roger Sexton, Executive Director of SWIFTT.
